The apartments is in Kjerkgata 11, in the middle of central Røros. Pedestrian street in the summer and every Saturday during the rest of the year. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. Røros has grocery stores open on Sundays, and late in the week.
In Kjerkgata there are several places to eat, known for their good food. Patisserie and bakery with specialties nearby the apartments. Fresh pasteries and bread Sundays in the summer monthes. Bank with cash dispenser and pharmacy next to the apartments.

All apartments are fully equipped for self-sufficient household, containing baths with shower, sink and washing machine. Kitchens with eating area, dish washer, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and more. Living room with sofa and chaise lounges,  3 of the apartments also have cast iron fireplaces. The bed-rooms are equipped with beds with first class mattresses, eiderdown quilts and pillows. Apartment A and B have large patios, E has a sheltered patio, C and D have garden area with furniture in the back yard.  All apartments are tied up to internet, cable TV, radio with CD and DVD.
